Looking over Zimbrick’s inventory on the internet I found just what I was looking for... a white 328i just off a lease. Arriving for my appointment I met with James and shortly thereafter Jay met with me to go over my trade. From there we kicked off what turned out to be a fun afternoon. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. If you would like to work with a quality client advisor I would give James high marks. Special thanks also go out to Jay and Denise. If you’re in the market for a BMW, I would highly recommend Zimbrick BMW. More

I’m glad I gave them a second chance as I’m thrilled with my purchase. If you’re planning on buying a car at Zimbrick BMW, you’ll want to work with Client Advisor Tim Prost. He remembers my name, always greets me warmly, and is always on top of whatever he needs to get done. Even after our sale was completed, he stayed in touch to check in and address any after-sale issues that popped up. If you’re popping in to ask about features, ask for Product Genius Justin Sundby. He remembered my interests and was always there to show me something new or explain a feature so I could understand its functions. He was always friendly and patient with us. As for my experience I spent over a year researching the car I wanted. I only buy 1-2 year certified cars meaning I can’t be too picky but I still wanted something with character. Most lease returns have few options and are white/black/silver exteriors with all black interiors. I wanted something unique that I connected with emotionally. I had my heart set on a Mercedes but spent months looking at certified cars and couldn’t find one with everything I wanted. I checked BMW on a whim and found a local low mileage certified almost fully loaded vehicle with Med Blue exterior and Night Blue interior. I knew vehicles with these options would be hard to come by so I wanted to act fast. A quick test drive later and I discovered technology that was vastly superior to the Mercedes I was looking at. We decided to go for it. Throughout our car search process we had some serious issues with one of the Client Advisors and strongly considered walking away from Zimbrick BMW forever. The issues themselves aren’t relevant any more because of the way Zimbrick BMW dealt with the issues. I provided feedback the next day in-person to Griffin Roberts, New BMW Manager, and over e-mail to Andy LaBerge, General Manager. Both Griffin and Andy were attentive and responsive to my feedback. They apologized and thanked me for giving them a chance to make it right before taking care of the issue. I ended up finalizing my purchase that night and asked to be transferred to Tim Prost because he was genuinely friendly, personal, and professional with us even though we were past closing hours at this point. Since then Tim has made sure every step post-sale is taken care of. I know I’m in capable hands with Tim. I also met Service Advisor Stacy today who was friendly too even though I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. Other than the one problematic Client Advisor, everyone else at Zimbrick BMW has been great to us and we’re ecstatic we didn’t give up on them. My advice is if you aren’t being treated respectfully, take some time to gather your thoughts and go back in to provide feedback to one of the managers. Follow-up with Andy LaBerge if you didn’t speak with him directly. They’ll take care of it. We have limited dealership choices local in the Madison area but Zimbrick still prides themselves on top notch customer service. I was initially concerned they wouldn’t take my feedback seriously but now that the issue is resolved, I can confidently recommend Zimbrick BMW to anyone now. More

Fantastic Purchase Experience Given the amount of time I spend in my car, I knew I wanted a BMW convertible. I was on the fence as to whether a 230i or a 430i was the way to go. Living out of state, but in Madison for work, I stopped by Zimbrick because their online inventory had both and I wanted to compare the 230 and 430 options. To my surprise, and with Kyle's expertise, I wound up falling in love with a CPO 230i on the lot. I was able to test-drive both vehicles, and when I wanted to see the two vehicles side-by-side to see their sizing closer up, Kyle rearranged cars for me to do so. Kyle walked me through all of the steps and made what I assumed would be a complicated cross-state process of selling my previous boring vehicle and then purchasing my new convertible incredibly simple! This morning after a service issue with my local BMW dealer, I brought my car into Zimbrick for some quick help. Stacy was incredibly thoughtful, and to my surprise (8 months later!), Kyle recognized me and my car and stopped over to inquire how things were going. Fabulous service and I'd recommend purchasing from Kyle in a heartbeat. More

Used Lexus Purchase I had been searching for a specific car for awhile as I had done my research and knew what I wanted. I found one pop up at Zimbrick BMW and called that day. I met with Kyle and he had the car ready ahead of time. He was able to provide a lot of information about the car and all documents that I asked for. We took a test drive and while we were out my trade-in was assessed (and cleaned!) and we talked for short time until we agreed on a fair price. Overall the sale was stress free, And I felt like I wasn’t being pressured into anything, which is very common at most dealerships. Kyle was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and was easy to reach (I didn’t pick up the car for another couple days) as we went back and forth through email, and over the phone. At the end of the day, I am very pleased with my new car, very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Zimbrick BMW and Kyle, to anyone. More
