The day we ordered the vehicle and signed the purchase agreement I pointed out that they didn't include the destination and handling charges (Total Price MSRP) and verified that they WERE NOT going to charge for the destination and handling. I had this in writing and showed it to the manager. One of the issues was the manager I was picking the car up from was not the manager who agreed to the purchase price and signed the purchase agreement with me. I was told the purchase agreement was just a piece of paper - They didn't view it as a contract and they didn't have to honor the price. I was told if I didn't like it, they would sell the vehicle to someone else. The sales manager was very unprofessional and very aggressive. Horrible purchase experience. Buyer beware. More

T was very courteous and responsive to my online request. We would 100% go back to this dealership and salesperson again! Our purchase and the whole process was quick and convenient. The service department is deplorable! They have had my car twice and both interactions were poor experiences! A year ago I had them look at it and the video showed the guy telling me it was a fuel prob car twice and both interactions were poor experiences! A year ago I had them look at it and the video showed the guy telling me it was a fuel problem and that the fuel pump was original to the car so that has to be the problem. Had it replaced. It wasn't fixed, called and scheduled to bring it back, had to pay even more for the correct fuel pump to be changed. The tech didn't actually test anything, just guessed at the problem and it cost me twice. They offered to replace an auxiliary battery for free to help make up for it. I agreed to it, sometime later I got an email asking if I still wanted to scheduled to have that work done. I emailed em back saying I thought the work had been done and never heard further on it. I asked about it this year and their system says I declined the work. This year I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and to look at my front end/ brakes. They did everything. A couple days later my car starts telling me front right tire low, front right tire low. For 2 days I had the front right tire addressed several times including taking it to a tire shop. Friday night the REAR tire shredded going down my dirt road while still telling me front right tire low. FRONT RIGHT TIRE LOW! So to me that looks as if the tech never reset the onboard computer after they rotated my tires. All of it could have been taken care of before it cost me a new tire if their tech took 5 more minutes to do his job. BOTH times I felt like they should have done a more complete job and they wouldn't have cost me almost 2 grand more than was necessary. I called Saturday and the advisor kept talking over the top of me and tried to convince me it was somehow all on me and nothing to do with them. I was willing to pay higher costs for a higher quality of service at a dealership and they clearly don't care about their customers. Lesson learned! More

Our sales consultant T Tisdon and the Sales Manager stayed for almost 2 hours past closing to help us. We returned the next morning and we were very impressed that the entire transaction took less than two hours. We were treated a valued friends by everyone at the dealership. We will be back to make our next our next purchase with T and the rest of the family at BMW of Loveland. I highly recommend them to anyone. More
Three of my BMW leases (two 3 series and one X3) originated from BMW of Loveland (former Co's BMW Center). All three times I worked with sales manager Kim. She is diligent, knowledgeable, quickly r originated from BMW of Loveland (former Co's BMW Center). All three times I worked with sales manager Kim. She is diligent, knowledgeable, quickly responds to my emails, and is willing to work on the deal. So far, I have had the best deals from this dealership than any other dealership in Colorado. In 2021, I worked with a sales advisor T.Tisdon. She is great! No sales push, timely follow-up on every question I had, good sense of humor. The closing of the deal was painless and without any delays, thanks to their finance guy. Overall, I had only great experiences and customer service with this dealership for 6 years I know them. More
Horrible service since changing to John Elway ownership. When owned by Co's, the service was spectacular. Now....miserable at best. After striking a pothole at DIA (construction area), car was evaluated. When owned by Co's, the service was spectacular. Now....miserable at best. After striking a pothole at DIA (construction area), car was evaluated. Cost was > $1000.0 for new tire, check alignment and some 'part'. They DO NOT ACCEPT OR WORK WITH YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER. Now USAA states the claim is less than our $ 500 deductible. No invoice provided when we picked up the car. Cannot contact anyone for a copy.... AVOID this place. We are actively seeking alternative sinces the customer service has turned into trash. More
Took my car in for low oil light. Paid over 5k in repairs. Large amount of unexpected repairs. My heater worked fine with no problems prior to taking to shop. Within 2 hrs after picking up after r repairs. Large amount of unexpected repairs. My heater worked fine with no problems prior to taking to shop. Within 2 hrs after picking up after repairs were completed, I called to let them know the heater on driver side was not working. They took it back and wanted to charge me an additional $500 to repair. Told me something coincidentally broke to make the heater not work while in the shop for other repairs. Even though they did an antifreeze flush which is known to sometimes be related causing this exact heating issue. They insist it is not related and coincidental. I refused to pay anymore after being bled for over 5k, so now I have a cold car as result. Brian is who I worked with. It is no longer CO's, is under new ownership.... Would not recommend. Also found out they are not BBB accredited.... More
