I had been searching for a used BMW 328i with Xdrive for several months. I was searching the internet for certified pre-owned cars and Co's BMW had the exact car that I was looking for. I contacted Brian online, he provided me with all the details of the car. I made financial arrangements with my financial institution, they worked with Brian to finalize pricing. Once that was completed, I was notified that the car was ready and waiting for me. I flew to Denver, Brian picked me up at the airport, we drove to the dealer the car was prepped, and ready for me. We inspected the car, took it for a test ride, signed the paperwork and was out the door driving home with my new BMW. It took 2 hours to complete the whole transaction. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle via the internet and without preciously inspecting and driving the vehicle. After locating a potential candidate on AutoTrader, I phoned COBMW and had the luck of speaking with Brian Bowden. After a brief discussion, he inspected and drove the vehicle and called me back within two hours. He indicated that both the exterior, interior, and drive train were all in great shape. We agreed to a price. He patiently worked me though the out-of-state purchase process and responded quickly to all of my questions. My son and I flew to Denver to pick-up the vehicle. Brian generously volunteered to take us from our hotel to the dealership. The car was exactly as he described it, completely detailed, and ready to go. The car appeared to be in perfect physical condition and had low mileage so, with Brian's patient help, I finally got the deal done. The car arrived yesterday and it is beautiful. Went in on a Saturday looking for an X5 or X6 to test drive or look at. No one acknowledged me or even seemed to notice I was there. Horrible experience! Went in to purchase a new 5 series and was not greeted or helped! Looked at a few cars in the show room still no help no hi nothing!!
