The attention to detail demonstrated by Matt Bailey, our client advisor, as well as the sales manager and parts technician was outstanding. We definitely felt that we were valued customers and our questions were addressed in a courteous and thorough manner. With this goes the friendly manner in which we were greeted by the staff during our various visits to the dealership. While we didn't have any maintenance performed on the vehicle, Matt ensured that the X1 was prepped and met all BMW standards before we picked it up. The service department takes the time to talk to you about the work performed on your car. The turn around time on our car's repair averaged 24 hours. Last year I was in the search of my first BMW when I finally came across the 7 series I wanted and it was located in Colorado.
