I was looking for a car my local dealers in CA could not find or order for me in the colors I w This was the best BMW dealer I have ever worked with! I was looking for a car my local dealers in CA could not find or order for me in the colors I wanted and I found exactly what I was looking for at Co's BMW. Problem was they were in CO and I'm in CA!. Well, I called on the off chance they might sell a car and ship it to me in CA, and I spoke with Tony Stuart in sales and he was amazingly helpful! He said he could work a deal for me even though I was out of state and have the car shipped straight to my front door! He actually made this all happen for me in a matter of few days! Talk about going above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, I couldn't be more thrilled! My car arrived Friday night and it is beautiful and PERFECT! THANK YOU Co's BMW for being so willing to help me get my dream car, and THANK YOU Tony Stuart for answering the phone and helping me work this deal. Very impressed with dealership/people, but ordering .. I visited on 4/26 and met with Chad Stackhouse who did a great job of answering most of my questions regarding the 2018 X3. Taylor (Genius) took me f I visited on 4/26 and met with Chad Stackhouse who did a great job of answering most of my questions regarding the 2018 X3. Taylor (Genius) took me for a good test drive so I could see many of the safety features in action. All making for a good visit and helping in my decision to move from Audi Q5 to X3! However, while I was there, another gent stopped by and said that BMW had stopped taking orders for anything requiring either driver assistance package. This was disappointing for me as my Q5 was recently totaled and I needed to get a car on order quickly. Chad was surprised by this news as well. I then checked with a gent I met at the Denver Auto Show from Gebhardt and he stated that he could order what I wanted through the internal BMW ordering system. So, I now have a X3 on order. It is too bad that some bad info was circulating inside Co's. But kudos to Chad and Taylor!!! Thanks, Bill Nettleblad More
