I was told that the title assignment would be expedited if I went to the trouble and expense of paying by wire. I did, it wasn't. My promised clean emissions report (required by law unless waived by buyer) was "around here somewhere." Turned out to be a "go do it yourself" voucher. Classy. Ten weeks later I am still waiting for an interior trim piece that was documented in the sales paperwork. Have received repeated, lame excuses. This group lacks integrity or basic operational capability. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere. More

Problem was they were in CO and I'm in CA!. Well, I called on the off chance they might sell a car and ship it to me in CA, and I spoke with Tony Stuart in sales and he was amazingly helpful! He said he could work a deal for me even though I was out of state and have the car shipped straight to my front door! He actually made this all happen for me in a matter of few days! Talk about going above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, I couldn't be more thrilled! My car arrived Friday night and it is beautiful and PERFECT!
