(Side note) I am not the person who brought the car he was interested in either : ) I’ve had some very dissatisfying experiences with the service team in the past and even worse experiences with other BMW location in Denver, however, what differs was that each time I had any experiences good or bad here at Cos' I received emails from management or the owner to just make sure my experience went well. I’m extremely satisfied with my most recent sales experience at Co's Kim is extremely special, she was patient, and caring through the entire car buying experience. Kim's knowledge and understanding of not just the cars but everything from the numbers to recommendations won me over. Furthermore, Chad was also helpful and stepped up to fill her shoes when she couldn't be present he made us feel very comfortable with our car buying experience. Both Kim and Chad exceeded our car buying experience so much in fact that I've recommended Co's to friends down in Denver who have taken the drive up just for the superior customer service. More

Kim pitted two customers against one another on the same vehicle and whoever got the deal done first won!! The sales rep did not follow the proper procedure and therefore caused me to lose out on the vehicle I loved. Kim showed no compassion and did not care they lost a bmw customer, most likely for life. Kim was more concerned with coaching and correcting the sales rep in front of me more than seeing if she could save a customer. Very dissapointed and be careful buying a vehicle from a shady business model. More
Excellence servicer from Co's BMW Center, Loveland Colorado I have a 2013 X5 diesel. I was visiting with my family the Grande Lake area in the State of Colorado. The day before we are departing the car develo I have a 2013 X5 diesel. I was visiting with my family the Grande Lake area in the State of Colorado. The day before we are departing the car developed fueling problems. The car was towed to Co's BMW center in Loveland Colorado. It arrived early in the morning, by 7.30am, so they could look at it and hopefully fix it and allow me and the family to drive back to Minneapolis. And that's what happened. I talked to Jeff early in the morning, he called me back two hours later as he promised and told me that I will be able to drive back to Minneapolis. My family and I would like to thank the staff and in particular Jeff and the project manager. Michael Tsakistos More

The team was helpful and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable flying ou I found the car I was looking for at Co's on the internet. The team was helpful and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable flying out to CO's to finalize the deal. The team at Co's had the car ready along with the paperwork, everything was in order and the transaction went smoothly. They even picked me up at the airport in Denver! Thanks Jason, Chad, Bo, and Wendy for the great experience and story to go along with the perfect car for me! More

Great experience with no fuss Sales person was helpful, answered all my questions and was even helpful after the sale went though. Amazing customer service I was always intimidated to go into a BMW dealership but my husband saw a truck there he really wanted to look at we were treated like we were the onl I was always intimidated to go into a BMW dealership but my husband saw a truck there he really wanted to look at we were treated like we were the only customers that were there from the Colin the salesman to the manager and finance gentleman. I was told that the title assignment would be expedited if I went to the trouble and expense of paying by wire. I did, it wasn't. My promised clean emissions report (required by law unless waived by buyer) was "around here somewhere." Turned out to be a "go do it yourself" voucher. Classy. Ten weeks later I am still waiting for an interior trim piece that was documented in the sales paperwork. Have received repeated, lame excuses. This group lacks integrity or basic operational capability. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere. More
