All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional but Chad, my client adv I can’t say enough about my experience with CO’s BMW. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional but Chad, my client advisor, made the entire process easy and enjoyable. It was a no pressure situation and Chad made me feel like he was there to get me the information I needed, the vehicle configured the way I wanted and at a price that was fair to both of us. As I mentioned to some folks there, he made the entire transaction an adult situation free from playing games and using tactics often associated with car sales. We have only had our X5 less than week but there is a little part of me already looking forward to three years from now when I can work with Chad and the CO’s BMW team again.
