Airbag recall service Called the number on the notice to make an appointment. I was told it would be a four hour service. Told to contact CO BMW to make an appointment. I did so and was told it would be an eight hour service. I asked about a loaner vehicle and was told loaners were limited and was not guaranteed. I drove 80 miles from Wyoming and my wife brought a second car to take me to an appointment in Fort Collins. It turned out that the airbag didn’t need repair so the service only took one hour. I had requested an adjustment be done on my spare tire to quiet a rattle and that was not done either. Disappointed. More
