I felt abused I paid them over $100 to diagnose problem with liftgate. They recommended part, I bought part, from their website, had it shipped to dealership. I picked part next morning and installed it.... still no liftgate. I was then informed that although new the part had to be programmed and that cost more than the part! Plus they would not give credit for diagnosis fee. I felt like that was sneaky if not deceiving. They were nice enough about it but I still felt abused. More
Life Saver I originally bought my vehicle from the Mark McLarty Toyota dealership in LR and within 3 weeks of having my vehicle, my engine light came on. So, we I originally bought my vehicle from the Mark McLarty Toyota dealership in LR and within 3 weeks of having my vehicle, my engine light came on. So, we took my vehicle back to Toyota and they sent us away. After 2.5 hours of traveling around LR trying to find someone to help us, we got sent to BMW of LR to Antywon. This man deserves everything in the world for how kind and helpful he was to us. He said that their shop does not work on Mini Coopers, but they would not turn us away, even when our original dealership did. (My mom and I were having the worst day and we were extremely stressed out!) During our wait, they had a very nice waiting area with snacks, water, and a cappuccino machine (with different flavors) that was free of charge! It really did feel like the dealership was for their customers and we absolutely loved the atmosphere. After a few hours of diagnosing and fixing my Mini Cooper, Antyown worked very hard with negotiating the price down for us and made sure the car was up and running again. They also washed and vacuumed my car out before returning it to me! My mom and I cannot thank this dealership enough for helping us on a miserable day!! We really do wish we would have used them instead of the Mark McLarty Toyota dealership in Little Rock (who turned us away after telling us to come up there that day to fix my car). So, thank you Antywon and all the wonderful workers in the BMW service shop!!!! You all absolutely made our day and we are forever grateful! More

Frustration with the Service Advisor Made a 12:30 appointment to have my oil changed and two parking lamp bulbs replaced. Arrived at 12:30. Was told that my car has extended warranty and todays visit would only charge me for tire rotation. Good news I wasn’t expecting. Asked how long it would take and was told by the very disengaged service guy 1:30 or 2:00. 2:00 pm seemed a little long but I was there. At 3:00 pm I was asking when would my car be ready? This service guy was so unaware and didn’t care. Turns out there it sat ready right outside the waiting area I had been sitting in! (Can’t help but wonder how long it had been sitting ready to go) Next I was told that now I would have to pay for the two new parking bulbs $56. Okay, then when I inserted my card the charge amount read $198! The Service guy says, oh I was confused none of your work today is covered by warranty. I don’t understand why he couldn’t have called my cell or better yet walked a few steps into the waiting area where I had been camped out for 3 hours on my Friday off, to tell me he was mistaken about my warranty and the charges for work to be done. Seems like common courtesy to me. Very frustrated is an understatment by the time I finally got my car back, with the lack of communication and the amount of time I spent there for an oil change and two bulbs. More
First bad experience Came for diagnostics, pulled away with multiple errors, barely made it back, after 3 near miss accidents from car shutting down.. Return to dealership, technician stated vehicle had those errors when I arrived, I drove from hope Arkansas to Little Rock Arkansas, 1 hour and 50 min drive, originall promblem was transmission malfunction warning, reduce speed, which was happen occasionally, but when I let the shop it happen every time I accelerated. Had me stuck on the in the middle of the freeway, having to turn the car off and back on just to make it back. There was no way I drove me and my fiancé 2 hours to get there like that. Technician pulled it back in for 5 mins and stated it should be ok now! More

Didn’t complete work Several things needed to be done and had I not had another warning light come on my dash as I left, which wasn’t there when I dropped off my car, they Several things needed to be done and had I not had another warning light come on my dash as I left, which wasn’t there when I dropped off my car, they wouldn’t have corrected the things they hadn’t completed. Also, didn’t receive the discount I was told I would receive. I returned to service center and pointed out the issue and it was fixed. Never had problems here before, just lack of attention to detail I guess. Just remember to double check the bill and double check the work before you leave. More
