Excellent service! Encountered a tire failure due to a road hazard. Contacted the Little Rock BMW Service department by cellphone and they stated to bring the car in Encountered a tire failure due to a road hazard. Contacted the Little Rock BMW Service department by cellphone and they stated to bring the car in and they would fit the work in their schedule. I drove the car for over 50 miles with a flat tire to the service center. Within about two hours I was back on the road. Couldn't have gotten any better service any other place. More

When I called to talk with someone called"genius"the next day; he seemed annoyed by the call and he didn't do appointments on Saturday. Seems like there is lack of communication between departments. I broke down in middle of a business trip in Arkansas and had to be towed to the dealership. They kept me informed, gave me a loaner, and helped me arrange to get home the weekend before Christmas.
