Best Customer Service in Town I visited BMW of Little Rock a few weeks ago and it was a really good experience. The dealership is beautiful, and well lit. They listen to my needs an offered me several options to choose from. I normally do not enjoy the process of buying a car, the back and forth and the wait. However, BMW of Little Rock made me feel that my time was valuable and should not be wasted on unnecessary back and forth. Keep up the good work guys. More

The best car buying experience I have ever had! My previous car was a Mercedes that I purchased approximately 2 years ago. I loved the car but the buying process was horrible. The sales person was wonderful; however, he was controlled by the manager who lacked basic sales and social skills. Fast forward to 2-7-18 when I pulled into BMW of Little Rock. I was immediately welcomed by the most wonderful staff. Sean Taheryan was very kind and took the time to understand my expectations and limitations. Along with the manager Tarik Boughamrani, Sean Taheryan was able to work with my budget and get me in a car that I absolutely love and one that is far beyond my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend BMW of Little Rock! Sean and Tarik - you are the best! More

Really Nice!! Just Dishonest!! After my 128i tire went flat I was really concerned the interior was damaged, I had to take my car in anyway because of the airbag recall so they said After my 128i tire went flat I was really concerned the interior was damaged, I had to take my car in anyway because of the airbag recall so they said they checked it & noted on the inspection paper it was deformed & I needed to replace it immediately. They quoted about $250 replacement for one tire but recommended I do two at a time even though I bought all four tires brand new (private tire shop) in April this year, about 6 months ago. So I got a second opinion & the interior was not damaged at all, not to mention there was still gravel inside the tire because it wasn’t even inspected or opened apparently. Kinda shocked but I guess I shouldn’t be? More
Service sucks First day- took car out 8::30 for what they said was a 3 hour job. Late afternoon, no call so I called them. Not ready. Second day- no call about what's happening , when it will be ready or that it won't be ready at all today. I called them. Not ready. Third day- no call, no nothing. Late afternoon I called them. Yes it's ready. Would it be asking too much for them to communicate with the customer? More
