Though I have always admired BMWs, I had enjoyed my Lexus for 14 years!! Needless to say, I was concerned about making a good decision. Forrtunately, Terence walked out to greet me (the exact salesman I needed) He was very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly not a “pushy” salesman.. He answered questions freely and when Terence invited me to call with questions, I believed he meant it. I spent several hours with him and left with a brand new vehicle. The genius appointment, scheduled later, was very useful for a new BMW owner. I have not regretted my decision. More

The Ultimate Driving Machine at the Ultimate BMW Dealer I have purchased many vehicles over the last 43 years of driving and a lot premium brands. Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, and Volvo....when it was still own I have purchased many vehicles over the last 43 years of driving and a lot premium brands. Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, and Volvo....when it was still owned by Volvo. You expect a certain quality of the staff at these marque dealers, and usually you are not disappointed. Then there are the exceptions to rate the best of the best. I sent an email on a Sunday night requesting additional information on a CPO vehicle at BMW of Little Rock. Monday morning as I called the dealership to make sure the car was still available, I got a response via email on my questions...just minutes after the dealership had opened. Everything was answered to my satisfaction and I tendered an offer. I received a call back and confirmation email within 1/2 an hour. The price was so incredible that I immediately checked my figures and was still in awe. After a couple of more request from me via email or text...requesting additional photos, restating the agreement...all answered within an hour....I was still in shock. I spent Tuesday making arraignments for a 200 mile trip to buy a car I had never heard of or seen until 3 days before, from a guy I'd never met, on the word of the condition sight unseen. We arrived in Little Rock just after lunch on Wednesday. From the young man that opened the door for my wife and I to enter, to the receptionist and our sales representative who was there instantly...I felt like we were dealing with people we knew. Even though this CPO was 3 years old, it was presented for inspection in an air-conditioned enclosed bay and was as immaculately detailed as the cars feet away in the showroom that were brand new. As with any too good to be true feeling, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop as we went into sign papers with the F and I representative. Within minutes I felt I had known Shaun a long time. Over the course of the paperwork he made several offers and recommendations that not only brought down the already low interest rate, but got a few extra perks for the CPO warranty. As we parted to take delivery, the GM came out and introduced himself and thanked us for our business. I can not recommend this dealership strongly enough. It is aesthetically beautiful in it's layout, and the people that I have dealt with there are all of one mind. Complete customer satisfaction. A VERY rare environment indeed. More
