Unsatisfactory I just purchased a new 2017 230i bmw about 2.5 or 3 weeks ago and the fuel pump is bad! I was told by the dealership that Bmw is aware that they have I just purchased a new 2017 230i bmw about 2.5 or 3 weeks ago and the fuel pump is bad! I was told by the dealership that Bmw is aware that they have issues with the fuel pumps. I asked why they didn’t disclose at time of purchase and they didn’t say. They replaced the fuel pump and now the car smells horrible! I reach out to them about it. They stated nothing they could do and sorry you are sensitive to the smell. My nose is burning from the smell of the fumes!! Also they detailed the car and that looks horrible as well!! I would not recommend this dealership or this service department. Who can drive a car that smells like gasoline? More

Thorough & Thoughtful No matter what the service I’m needing, I am always able to get the appointment time I prefer. The Service Advisors thoroughly explain what service is No matter what the service I’m needing, I am always able to get the appointment time I prefer. The Service Advisors thoroughly explain what service is needed, and the time it will take. I live an hour away, so I choose to wait there. This last appointment was going to be quite lengthy, so I came prepared with paperwork to catch up on. Every member of the team went above and beyond on making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. This team is everything you want from a service center. I don’t consider going anywhere else! More
