Out of this WORLD service!!!! I have been looking for a car for about a month. I was told by one dealership what I should get. Another dealership took their time and brushed me off I have been looking for a car for about a month. I was told by one dealership what I should get. Another dealership took their time and brushed me off. Its hard for me to come to the dealership because I work on nights. I emailed Mr. Bronson around 2am, telling him what I wanted and how long this process was. I received a call before they even opened. Mr. Bronson called me, had fantastic manners, ask me what I was looking for, what price range I wanted to be in. He assured me that I was in good hands and he would get back with me within the hour. I've heard this all before so in a way, I knew this would take a few days. He called me back the same day, got accepted, and everything else is history. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, has manners and never once did I feel brushed off. I felt like family when I got in the dealership. I was comfortable, relaxed, and never felt judged. Everyone had a smile on their face. Ms. Cashion was fantastic as well. extremely personable, it was as if I was speaking with a friend and not someone trying to take money out of my pocket.
