Always A Great Experiece I know I’ve told the staff this, but I always feel so taken care of by the service department here. Whether I’m in for routine maintenance or somethin I know I’ve told the staff this, but I always feel so taken care of by the service department here. Whether I’m in for routine maintenance or something is wrong and I’m super stressed out, the service staff at BMW have a way of making me feel like everything will be ok. I have to brag on Dylan because he works with me most. From his calm, relaxing attitude to his quick “yes, we can take care of that, no problem”, he just makes any situation even more pleasant. Always having access to a courtesy car is a blessing and the cookie and water in my car when I pick it up is the perfect touch! You guys are the reason I’ve been a BMW customer for years and have no intention of changing that anytime soon. Thank you for all your hard work! More
