Unexpected need for service My engine light came on for the second time in less than a year, so I was not pleased to need to take my car in for service. Dylan was very understanding and kept me informed during the 2 days my car was at the dealership. He went ahead and had my oil changed because it was almost time which saved me from having to come back in a month. I also got a nicer car to drive this time. What else will go wrong? My thermostat went on on 2016 320. The automatic start and stop engine feature still does not work on the car. I’m beginning to think that I was given a defective car. All of the features do not work on the car. Each time that the car is brought in for service, there is always an issue.
