Bad service Mcclarty collision said car was ready. Turned in rental car. Then was told car had to go to bmw to resolve “program” issue they couldn’t fix. Went bac Mcclarty collision said car was ready. Turned in rental car. Then was told car had to go to bmw to resolve “program” issue they couldn’t fix. Went back and rented another car. 2nd charge for same day. No contact about status. Had to call over and over. Finally went back to ncclarty at 6 pm. Car remote not working. I’ll have to make another trip from Batesville to get resolved. So no. NOT GOOD More
