BMW Little Rock First, no one answered the phone or returned my voice mail. The phone tree was a waste of time. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, on my 4th call, they were rude about a problem she was having with her Bluetooth- treated her like an imbecile, but they had to get their “tech genius” to correct the problem. Finally, the service should have been free but they charged her $277. So I’ve called, emailed, and texted about it today but no response. We’ve leased or bought from LR BMW 4 times now; never had service issues before, but now I’m reconsidering if this is how it’s going to be under the McClarty ownership. More
