Air service My service was good. Went in to get air fixed, had originally called ahead you get a qout... was quoted $200, but end up needing something else which My service was good. My salesperson made the whole experience fun and stressfree! I had researched SUVs for months in advance of purchasing a new vehicle. I have been driving a 2010 BMW 528i since August 2009 (purchased from same d I had researched SUVs for months in advance of purchasing a new vehicle. I have been driving a 2010 BMW 528i since August 2009 (purchased from same dealership) and have loved the car, but have been wanting something that offered more cargo space, while still providing an enjoyable driving experience. I looked at everything online for many months before I started the actual physical search. I drove a couple of vehicles from other car makers first and had almost decided on one before I went to BMW of Little Rock. Tamika Savage had contacted me by email and phone as a result of online searches and online chats. She was very informative and not pushy in the least (which is a must for me!). I went into the dealership on a Monday morning and we spent several hours driving some X3s. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and found me one that met my must have list of bells and whistles! I took the X3 that I ended up purchasing home for my husband to approve (hopefully!), which he did. I made the deal the following morning. The hardest part of the process was deciding which extended warranty and maintenance plan I wanted to add. I got the deal and monthly payment I had told myself I needed before I even began looking. I am so pleased with everything and I love my 2019 BMW X3! Drives like a dream--but isn't that the reason to buy a BMW in the first place? More
