Service review I was not really greeted when i arrived. When I arrived I handed the lady my service clinic invite and nothing was really explained to me. I was just told I didn’t have the number which confused me (since I didn t know what that meant or that there was a winning number involved). I dropped my car off at 1:00 and around 4:30-5 I had to call and check on My car which was then told it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car nothing was explained as far as my car check went. I guess I just assume everything was ok but it would have been nice to be told we checked xy and z and everything looked good. They just told me what I owed and I was out of there. If I’m going to bring my car in for a service check then I expect to be given an update of some sort. Maybe I didn’t actually get a service check. It could be easy to assume that. More

Excellent BMW LITTLE ROCK deserves it. I received a rain check car wash from Mr. Tester. The overall cost of the front windshield without numbers embedded was BMW LITTLE ROCK deserves it.
