New Purchase The overall transaction of dealing with everyone at this location was an overall great experience. The salesman, Michael was just AMAZING and went out of his way to earn our business. The only real thing that we had an issue with was the paperwork. We had the deal worked out and had all the numbers settled on etc., before I arrived to test drive and sign the documents. I arrived about 4:30pm, test drove and decided this was the car and I was ready to move along to financing, or so I thought. I spent 2 hours in the finance office with Tonya. This was unacceptable, especially since they had everything worked out the day before regarding finance, etc. This process should have and could have been done in 30 minutes, but it took 2 hours. I felt as if she dropped the ball. She was too interested in being defensive or simply gossiping rather than making sure the numbers were correct on the financial forms to which were agreed upon the day before. Since I am a loan officer myself, I thought that her professionalism was lacking and she should be reviewed by her management. More
