Michae Had gotten cold feet on a used X1 I was about to buy elsewhere. I logged on to the BMW of Little Rock website and found a new one just like it. Michael checked on it for me and turns out it had been sold. Out vehicle preferences were very specific and no other unit in stock would work. Michael was able to locate just the right one at another dealership and secured it for us. The new X1 exceeded expectations as did the service and the deal. Thanks Michael and your team.
