Excellent Service and Overall Ownership Experience Every time I visit BMW of Little Rock it feels like family. Dylan sent me off in a loaner while my car was being serviced. The service was completed in a timely fashion and when I returned Rob (my sales rep) was sitting on a bench next to the service drive. I parked the loaner right there, and got out to visit with Rob as I haven't seen him in several months. We were just shooting the breeze and Dylan magically pulled my car in front of the bench and joined us for our discussions on the bench. This is the ONLY dealer I have ever encountered where I actually look forward to interacting with ALL of the personnel there. Every visit and experience has been nothing but a joy. And of course, the service was performed flawlessly with nary a finger print, smudge, or speck of dirt left behind from the work. More

BMW of Little Rock I called my Service Advisor, Antywon Hampton on a Friday, in order to make an appointment for my routine service contract, on a Friday, he was able to I called my Service Advisor, Antywon Hampton on a Friday, in order to make an appointment for my routine service contract, on a Friday, he was able to schedule me for the following Monday. Oil and oil filter changed, as well as brake fluid replacement, and brake fluid flush. All fluid levels checked, and replaced if necessary, tires inspected, air pressures adjusted. My appointment was for 0945, included with the above, was a car wash/vacuum, I was on the road at 1050!! Excellent service, with hot drinks and pastries included. Thank you Antywon! More

The staff is always helpful, responsive, open and friendly. They resolve my problems same day, or within 24 hours when parts need to be ordered. They keep my car running and looking as if it were new, and I cannot recall ever having a negative issue in my 20+ year relationship with them. In short, I can’t recommend them more highly. More

Oil change Typically, I reciecve A-1 service, but on Saturday it was not so. Jack Tester is my guy and he was absent. I brought my car for an oil change, and it took over an hour and half (usually lessr) and they returned my car without washing or vacuuming. Thought these were complimentary with an oil change. I addressed it and then they drove it thru the car wash. My car was Returned without being vacuumed. Maybe they were understaffed but I thanked the team anyhow and left. More
