What - no air! I had my air set on 66 degrees and for the life of me, no cold air. Usually at that temperature it is always cold. I had Dylan take a peek at it and I had my air set on 66 degrees and for the life of me, no cold air. Usually at that temperature it is always cold. I had Dylan take a peek at it and he realized the little heat/air wheel was turned to the heat side. Wow, talk about feeling stupid when he told me that!. The good news, I now have cold air again! Cory was absolutely a joy to deal with an extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire process seem very laid-back. Once we decide to buy the X-1, Tarik was able to help with the final cost went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable with the purchase.The final step of signing the papers was made rather entertaining by Josh.
