"Check up" Dylan Long (and the service department) is one of the key reasons we continue to drive BMWs. He always treats us as if he has nothing else to do. On this visit, the car was not returned as clean as he thought it should be. He personally remedied the situation in moments and returned the car sparkling both inside and out.
