Excellent Service As I was new to the area, I was not sure that I would get the same level of service that I enjoyed in Atlanta, Dallas, and Boston. I have to tell you As I was new to the area, I was not sure that I would get the same level of service that I enjoyed in Atlanta, Dallas, and Boston. I have to tell you that the level of service, attention, and workmanship exceeded the top BMW dealerships in those cities. A problem with the car that went undiagnosed and unrepaired in Boston was diagnosed almost immediately by your technician and repaired the same day. I'm a fan of your service department. I cannot say the same for your sales department however. As I was in on my off day, I was not dressed in a suit and tie. Instead I was in sweats and sneakers. As my car was being serviced, I decided to look at the new cars in your showroom to decide it was time to trade-in or upgrade. Not a single salesman attempted to help me. More
