This is not BMW standard I am so mad that I did not get any sort of notification about an extended warranty. My car was in for service at 33,000 miles and just now at 46,000. Every year you have emailed and called about an extended warranty when my car approached the mileage cut off. I definitely wanted to purchase the warranty. My husband and I have bought 4 cars from you. This does not live up to the standard of excellence that you promote and we expect. More

I don’t think this was Ryan’s fault at all, but rather whoever is in charge of sales. It just seemed kind of deceptive to wait until the 11th hour to tell us something like that. More
