I walked out the day I pulled in with the idea that I would likely never be back. He and Eric went to work there to find out 'what the H__ happened'. Within 5 minutes, I had received a call from Michael and then Eric with ensuing texts from both. Have you ever had one of those days. One where every step was likely the wrong one with a booby trap. Yep. Thats what happened at the dealership proper. After, however, those two took care of me. Michael even drove 2 hours to me, to find out and continue the business relationship. I don't know how my experience will go from here, but I do know, if I need something or have a concern, either one of those two will take care of me. That's all I really need to know. More
