Recall service work Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem. More

Asked for over $300 in diagnostics for warranty repair I received a letter from BMW USA saying my 530i was covered under warranty for a passenger seat mat failure. I had a passenger seat airbag error on my I received a letter from BMW USA saying my 530i was covered under warranty for a passenger seat mat failure. I had a passenger seat airbag error on my car so I took it in. The service center said it would cost $89 to diagnose even though my VIN was part of the warranty extension. After they said they couldn’t find the covered code, the service manager said it would cost $212 more to diagnose further. This is not acceptable and poor customer service. More
