BMW of Little Rock

I am not a smart man, but I am no fool either. I had to bring my vehicle back after having recall work done. I was told that my new battery was causing the replacement wiring recall work to not wor I had to bring my vehicle back after having recall work done. I was told that my new battery was causing the replacement wiring recall work to not work properly. I had replaced my battery 8 months ago and have driven it under 5,000 miles. The service tech, Antwon,!said that as long as I did not pay over $200 to have the dealership reprogram the battery that I will continue to have problems and possibly cause more trouble for myself. Antwon literally said that the car’s computer was telling the alternator that it had to charge my battery harder because it still thinks that I have my older battery under the hood. Now, I am not a smart man, but I am no fool either. I am the second owner of my garage kept 325i, with 17 pages of Carfax maintenance history. I’ve been in the car business for 20 years AND I HAVE NEVER HAD AN INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN TELL SUCH A MANUFACTURED LIE. What is worst is that before he returned my keys, he went to speak with the Service Manager, explained my visit, and the manager looked up from his desk and blew off my experience. More
