They met with me as many times as I needed and were always on time and prepared. The closing process was easy and again everybody was prepared. The only decent thing the other company did was contacted BMW & they were kind & step up to the plate. You all, these people get it what customer service is! When we told them our situation, all we were told they should have met half way instead we were out more $$.. I called the store manager to see if he would care & someone was supposed to call me back...still the next day & nothing... More

Recall service I was notified of a recall from BMW North America - I had only recently moved to Little Rock. I had no issues getting the repairs done! Regular service schedule My BMW 328 was due for regular scheduled service, oil change, etc. Also, requested BMW emblem be replaced on right front tire rim and requested check My BMW 328 was due for regular scheduled service, oil change, etc. Also, requested BMW emblem be replaced on right front tire rim and requested check on alignment. BMW was pulling slightly right. Mechanic discovered tie rod was damaged and recommended replacing. All this work plus vehicle alignment was completed satisfactorily. More

Quality, quick service. I feel like royalty every time I have gotten my bmw serviced. When I do wait on my vehicle I always get asked by several employees if they can get me some water, soda, coffee, and even a snack. We have been using Dylan Long as our service advisor. Dylan is very knowledgeable and will answer your questions. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will find it out. He also tries to get you the best deal possible. His friendly customer service is next to none! Over the past 5 years I don’t think we’ve been disappointed by the service department or Dylan. thanks for all your hard work BMW, service department and Dylan Long. More
