I originally reached out to Spencer to discuss a late model Mercedes that was on their lot. During our conversation, Spencer took the time to understand what I was looking for and was able to inform me t model Mercedes that was on their lot. During our conversation, Spencer took the time to understand what I was looking for and was able to inform me that the BMW I4 eDrive40 had expanded the availability of option packs. I wound up ordering a new BMW i4 in San Remo green. I was able to order all of the options that my heart desired! I wanted to have the car completely customized to myself. During the order process, Spencer kept me informed at every step. As soon as the order status would change, he give me a call or send me a text keeping me fully informed. He is the best at what he does and provides the best customer support. On the day I went to BMW of Lincoln to pick up the car, I had the opportunity to meet Spencer in person. He walked me through the car and answered any of my questions that I have. He's an introduced me to Hector, the finance manager. Hector was a pleasure to work with and I considered him a straight shooter. We were able to pick the options and packages that would best suit me. At no point that I feel pressured during my time with Hector. He truly understood what I needed and was able to build a package that suited my needs. Overall the entire experience of dealing with BMW of Lincoln was phenomenal. I only wish I lived a little closer so that I could get my car serviced there also. More
