The lady was so nice to booked a next-day early morning service because I told her that I would be out of town in the afternoon. When I arrived In the morning, I was taken care of immediately. After hearing that I would take a flight in the afternoon, my service advisor Giuseppe Carcione immediately took the action and promised me to let me out quickly. Within 15 minutes, I was given a list of issues to take care of and a video taken by the technician was sent to my phone to show where the issues were. We went through the issues and I picked some urgent issues to fix this visit. Within an hour, the job was done and I was given a list of recommendations for the remaining issues for my next visit. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at this dealership. More
I had a good experience with BMW LV, Jordan was my service advisor and he was most professional and helpful. He explained all my options for extended my warranty which was very helpful. My appointment for my second scheduled maintenance was on 11-25-23. I was told an alignment was recommended. However, I was not advised on the price. Upon completion of the service, I was charged $235 for 11-25-23. I was told an alignment was recommended. However, I was not advised on the price. Upon completion of the service, I was charged $235 for a wheel alignment. Absolutely ridiculous up charge for a wheel alignment. Never will I service my vehicle at BMW dealership. More

My X5 was in for oil and other minor services plus had a windshield water leak. My Service Advisor Joe kept me informed with video (loved the techs video) and calls. My water leak was a bit more involved an windshield water leak. My Service Advisor Joe kept me informed with video (loved the techs video) and calls. My water leak was a bit more involved and as it turned out not a BMW warranty but related to work completed with Autonation’s BMW approved body shop, vehicle was in for repair that included the windshield being removed. Joe did the research and went the extra mile, called the body shop and arranged an appointment to correct the issue. Very much appreciate Joe! More
