The good part is service is easy to book for same day. But other than that, there is no feel of luxury dealerships like I feel when I got to Lexus or Acura. My car stayed 1 day, can in nice and clean got it back dirty as xxxx! This dealer doesn't put floor covering or seat covering on, at least I dont see them take it off when I pick up, my other car is a To dirty as xxxx! I went by with low tire. It was the end of the day. They took care of me without any hassle. This is a review of the service department. I went there yesterday for an oil change only, which included a vehicle check. I did have an appointment at 1100. The car was not ready until 3:25, four and yesterday for an oil change only, which included a vehicle check. I did have an appointment at 1100. The car was not ready until 3:25, four and a half hours later. Four 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is very poor service. Also when I left I noticed a warning for past due vehicle check?? When I originally arrived there were no warnings for service due, I was 1k miles early for oil change. I returned to dealer and asked Carlos he stated that "we didn't do anything" and offered no help. So no warnings, got service and now warnings for past due service. More
Everyone at the BMW dealership was pleasant and informative toward me. When I first entered the service shop the attendant came over very quickly and confirmed my appt received my information. I hate the way the service dept pressures you to do things that drive your cost up. They're like salespersons. They told me I needed to do two different services at the same time, but luckily I know a things that drive your cost up. They're like salespersons. They told me I needed to do two different services at the same time, but luckily I know a mechanic that told me flushing the brakes and the mircofilter do NOT have to be completed together. They aren't even in the same area. One is for the air conditioning. It's deceitful and wrong. More
