I was in town for business, when my battery malfunction light went on late Friday night. I did some quick research and discovered it was best not to travel as it might cause more damage or the car would no light went on late Friday night. I tried calling AAA, but they advised me they don't change out BMW batteries because they have to be registered. Plan b kicked in, so I had it towed to BMW las Vegas. The technician determined the serpentine belt disintegrated from oil dripping from the leaked gasket on the oil case housing. My service advisor Mauricio was nice enough. it was unfortunate that we kept playing phone tag and we couldn't resolve the issue before I had to leave town. I had to make a special trip back to town to pick up my car. Other than that, the service was ok. More
