My experience with my advisor Jordan Trujillo at BMW was and always is exceptional! He is always prompt and does what he says he will do. He is the best and his customer service rocks! I called my advisor Jordan and sent the supporting photos and he is doing everything to make sure that it is made right. I picked up my vehicle today and will be bringing it back Monday to have the work redone. Jordan is a great asset to BMW of Las Vegas. It is solely because of him and the service he provides I bring my vehicle to this dealership. He is truly a great professional.
