I felt bullied! I came for oil change and this service advisor after playing with his computer gave me an estimated amount of $3000+ and said that I need to replace I came for oil change and this service advisor after playing with his computer gave me an estimated amount of $3000+ and said that I need to replace my 2 front tires, spark plugs etc. he said that if I don’t do it the signal on my dash board cannot be reset, I don’t mind paying what needs to be done on my car but the way he said it sounds like a threat, gives me a feeling of not being safe, I needed to call my son and asked him to go to the dealership to talk to him. I felt anxiety after I picked up my car. More
We were traveling from Grand Canyon to Seattle and had an issue we couldn’t resolve. We made an appointment when we were leaving the GC. We actually arrived about an hour early but Tyler handled everythin issue we couldn’t resolve. We made an appointment when we were leaving the GC. He laid out the possible issues for us and promised to work as fast as they could to get us back on the road. Bottomline, they did that and got us on our way. It was awesome! More
