JOE C is top notch, an absolute asset to the dealership. I will continue to purchase/lease BMW's because I know I have someone who cares there to help me during my ownership. One thing that happened and should be double checked prior to pulling the vehicle up or maybe someone just had an off day, when I picked my X7 up there were greasy hand marks on my the interior of my drivers door and some black on my seats (cognac interior so it shows it all).. I keep a rag in my car so I just cleaned it however I know if I would've told Joe he would've had it handled immediately. Appreciate y'all over at Las Vegas BMW! More

I've returned to this dealership after about 8 years following trumped-up repair charges. However, during the two recent visits, I was not pressured to do extra work. I prefer it this way. I was in last week for a small warmly issue and while picking the car up the next morning no less than 4 se3rfvies personnel asked if I was ok and if Id been helped. Although I was upset that BMW no longer offers loaner vehicles or two-way shuttle service when servicing a vehicle, my service advisor Joe Monaco, made up for this and one’s usual angst dealing with serv vehicles or two-way shuttle service when servicing a vehicle, my service advisor Joe Monaco, made up for this and one’s usual angst dealing with service/repairs. This visit exceeded expectations and the service mechanics handled the issues/requests professionally and efficiently. Back to my service advisor, Joe- his overall demeanor and professionalism with all aspects of the visit, including his willingness to take the time to explain things, offer resolution, offer recommendations and evident honesty is much appreciated and highly will recommend he and BMW of Las Vegas. My service advisor, Frank, was very helpful in guiding to needed repairs and other repairs that weren't as critical for this visit. I have a 335is with nearly 200,000 miles. BMW's are expensive cars to ow needed repairs and other repairs that weren't as critical for this visit. I have a 335is with nearly 200,000 miles. BMW's are expensive cars to own, but when a person takes care of their car with really great staff the cars can and will last. I drive my car through Death Valley quite often during extreme heat and cold and drive it with confidence. More
BMW Las Vegas was very courteous. Lexis was extremely helpful with constant updates and keeping me informed of when the parts were arriving and when I could pick up the car. She even had it ready and waiting up front so I could pick up quick and still make it to work on time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they didn't have a loaner vehicle for the week my car was being repaired. More
