Although I was upset that BMW no longer offers loaner vehicles or two-way shuttle service when servicing a vehicle, my service advisor Joe Monaco, made up for this and one’s usual angst dealing with serv vehicles or two-way shuttle service when servicing a vehicle, my service advisor Joe Monaco, made up for this and one’s usual angst dealing with service/repairs. This visit exceeded expectations and the service mechanics handled the issues/requests professionally and efficiently. My service advisor, Frank, was very helpful in guiding to needed repairs and other repairs that weren't as critical for this visit. I have a 335is with nearly 200,000 miles. I drive my car through Death Valley quite often during extreme heat and cold and drive it with confidence. More

BMW Las Vegas was very courteous. Lexis was extremely helpful with constant updates and keeping me informed of when the parts were arriving and when I could pick up the car. She even had it ready and waiting up front so I could pick up quick and still make it to work on time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they didn't have a loaner vehicle for the week my car was being repaired. More

I first want to say that Tyler was the person I dealt with in the service department when my BMW X6 needed repairs from an accident. The at-fault parties insurance company lacked communication skills as with in the service department when my BMW X6 needed repairs from an accident. The at-fault parties insurance company lacked communication skills as well customer service when it came to keeping me in the know once my car arrived to the service center. What should have taken maybe 2wks, took for repair took 2 months. I’m so grateful to have had Tyler as my service center technician because he kept me in the loop and aware of everything that was going on. He is the number one reason I will continue to come here!! I can’t thank him enough!! A++++++ for Tyler and the excellent experience I had with him!!! More
