I was not Happy with my last service, I was charged $200 more than quota I received 30days prior, so I was penalized for not having my x1 service at the time when giving me the quota. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cost of repairs estimate was spot on, no surprises. My service rep had to leave unexpectedly midstream and manager took over without missing a beat. My car had to be towed in from outside the city, I was immediately notified by BMW that they received the car. Notifications and updates by text messages were very helpful. Parts for repair were immediately available so no wait time there. Overall a great experience. More
When vehicle was dropped off, no eta on when work would be completed. It should not be a guessing game as to the return of the vehicle. The problems were computer related and it seems like 9 and a half hou be completed. It should not be a guessing game as to the return of the vehicle. Frank was very detailed and wanted to make sure the issue with my car was checked out. He also suggested that while my car was getting looked that since the service was due they could knock that out at the with my car was checked out.
