Frank Hughes at the service department is the best advisor I've had & trust me I've been through many from all makes. Always goes the extra mile to help. We currently own 2 BMWs. We live in Henderson advisor I've had & trust me I've been through many from all makes. Always goes the extra mile to help. We currently own 2 BMWs. We live in Henderson & I actually go out of my way to drive across town because it's a night & day difference in the service from the Henderson location. The only suggestion I would make is that they need to have more loaner vehicles available. Trying to get one is like pulling teeth. More

I came in for the air bag recalled and replacement. It was suppose to have taken only haft an hour for the work to be completed, My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I didn't get out of the dealership un It was suppose to have taken only haft an hour for the work to be completed, My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I didn't get out of the dealership until 1:30 PM.
