I came in for the air bag recalled and replacement. It was suppose to have taken only haft an hour for the work to be completed, My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I didn't get out of the dealership un It was suppose to have taken only haft an hour for the work to be completed, My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I didn't get out of the dealership until 1:30 PM. I believed the service representative forgot to turn in the paper work until I was the only person left in the waiting room at 12:40 PM. More

Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cost of repairs estimate was spot on, no surprises. My service rep had to leave unexpectedly midstream and manager took over without missing a beat.
