Fast and efficient service. I was told 3 hours, for my PM but got called back an hour and a half later, excellent communication with my service advisor Thomas. The call center does not communicate with the dealership or service center well. It’s frustrating when no one can help you because they blame each other. And the service center tried to make me pay $225 for or service center well. It’s frustrating when no one can help you because they blame each other.
