I used to come to this center in 2004-2010 with my favorate X5. The whole space got bigger and managed beautifuly, also all their employees are deployed right in place for Customers. best of all, my favorate X5. I took my vehicle in for an oil and filter change. I also had a problem connecting to Android Auto. Before taking my vehicle into the BMW dealership, I wanted to see if the employees were honest, so I I also had a problem connecting to Android Auto. Before taking my vehicle into the BMW dealership, I wanted to see if the employees were honest, so I planted a quarter, dime and four pennies on the drivers side door. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed that the quarter was gone. So, customers beware and take everything valuable out of your vehicle before dropping it off at this BMW dealership. I took my vehicle in at 9am and was promised that it would take 1 1/2 hours, so I waited in the lobby. It took 4 1/2 hours! I really don't know if they did the actual oil change because my engine light is still on. Also, they informed me that they fixed the Android Auto, but now it doesn't even appear on the radio screen! Two thumbs DOWN to BMW of Las Vegas!!! More

The intake was process was quick and efficient, the communication needs to be worked on. I tried calling to check on the progress and could not find anyone to communicate with so I had to drive to shop communication needs to be worked on.
