Apparently post pandemic BMW Financial put into affect that you can only sell your car back to them. Always a pleasant visit no matter what reason you are there. Sales personnel do not try to “pressure” you into making a purchase. Service department is fantastic! Got a letter telling me I had a recall saying the part was available so i called the agency Made the appointment, brought the car in only to find the part was not available. They wanted to keep my car f was available so i called the agency Made the appointment, brought the car in only to find the part was not available. They wanted to keep my car for 3 days until the part came in. While the car was there they did a software update And hosed off my car leaving water spots everywhere 2nd time after having a fresh detail You would think a dealer would be able to afford a spot free rinse system More
Joe did a nice job handling our service. I keep getting emails for service and think I have an appointment and I don't. I go in and no appointment. It's happened twice. Also, this dealership sold me a car and said it would not be recalled and inside 30 days it was. I am involved in a lawsuit over this now. Can't give this dealership five stars under any circumstances. Service department seems better. More
