Apparently post pandemic BMW Financial put into affect that you can only sell your car back to them. When you go in to sell it back, they lowball you on the buy back, seems a bit shady to me! that you can only sell your car back to them. Got a letter telling me I had a recall saying the part was available so i called the agency Made the appointment, brought the car in only to find the part was not available. They wanted to keep my car f was available so i called the agency Made the appointment, brought the car in only to find the part was not available. They wanted to keep my car for 3 days until the part came in. While the car was there they did a software update And hosed off my car leaving water spots everywhere 2nd time after having a fresh detail You would think a dealer would be able to afford a spot free rinse system More

Joe did a nice job handling our service. I keep getting emails for service and think I have an appointment and I don't. I go in and no appointment. It's happened twice. Also, this dealership sold me a car and said it would not be recalled and inside 30 days it was. I am involved in a lawsuit over this now. Can't give this dealership five stars under any circumstances. Service department seems better. More
