Apparently post pandemic BMW Financial put into affect that you can only sell your car back to them. When you go in to sell it back, they lowball you on the buy back, seems a bit shady to me! that you can only sell your car back to them. BMW of Las Vegas handled my warranty issue with no problems even though the vehicle was purchased from a different dealership. The Assistant Service manager Koa Michael was great with communications a problems even though the vehicle was purchased from a different dealership. Our BMW developed a driveline problem hours up the highway. We limped in unannounced, expecting days of delay and a huge bill, but they diagnosed and fixed the problem, changed the oil, and inspecte highway.
