The service manager is a true profession, he is a people person he should be promoted if that’s possible. I have the air condition looked at they told me the reason it’s shut off by itself because it gets too cold I think they are nuts. I have had this vehicle 17 years and only started this this summer. They could not find anything wrong which I doubt they know exactly what they was doing. Drive my car about one hour 45 minutes AC shut off Like clockwork I shut the car off about 35 minutes starting back up engaged the AC and it runs like new but they say no problem. This is every day. Therefore they need to figure out what they’re doing wrong. I was told everything except the problem totally disappointed. The other problem, one of the junior personnel in service who take down information I would not use his name. I would not want him to lose his job to me to me when I asked him to return my used parts so I could return them to, the person for a refund before they did any further work on the car that was on a Friday this past week he told me the parts just came in late Friday afternoon and BMW with the car until Monday to affect repairs on the error codes and 02 sensors . Saturday came and went Sunday. The operations was closed Monday. The service person told me we will be able to give your parts back and they needed more time to work out some more issues so that Monday I wasn’t able to pick up the car so Tuesday morning, I went down to BMW to pick up the car 10 minutes before I got there the service personnel text me that the technician had through my parts away. Friday Saturday, Sunday Monday we did not mention anything about technician throwing parts away when I came to pick up my car, he mentions this and lied and said , I never told him until it was too late. It was outright lie cause it was a text message between he and I he texted me first I responded immediately. I need my parts back. He did not respond and text me Monday. Yes, we can give you your back only Tuesday , when I pick my car up, he came up with a lie saying a technician threw my parts away so he’s a liar. That’s one thing I hate is a liar. Seems like everyone has the Donald Trump syndrome , Tell lie and try to make you believe it also he told me if I didn’t lack the way I am being treated. Why did you come here to meet us implying I should take my business somewhere else possibly Henderson I will consider it since my wife has a BMW, so disrespectful I am a United States Marine it’s a good thing. Mark was a great help, I droppe my car with flat tire after business hours, and they contacted me earlier next morning, got it all set up and even called me a Uber.
