BMW K. C. South is a great place to do business. Friendly people great service and generally a nice atmosphere. It’s not perfect like anything else but I know now why they call them the Ultimate Driving Machine, it’s better than anything I’ve ever owned. If you plan on going there for service, rest assured that the service manager Matt Bayer will take excellent care of you. If you have any questions or need something resolved, just ask him and consider it done! I’ve had a great experience dealing with Norm Michael, probably one of if not the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with anywhere! Great attention to detail and very pleasant to work with. Did I mention my sales associate, Keith Heedum? Well if I didn’t, he is another excellent individual to deal with when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Overall I give BMW K. C. South a full 5 stars for excellent service and overall satisfaction in the car buying and servicing arenas. Did I mention they have a great parts department as well. I personally do an intermittent oil change in between BMW’s provided maintenance, which I recommend highly, because I think 10,000 miles is too many to go between oil changes but that’s just me. You’ll be perfectly fine doing it their way especially if you don’t plan on keeping the car for over 100,000 miles. If do plan on keeping it for an extended period you might want to change your oil every 5,000 miles. At any rate BMW K. C. South is a great place to do business. I’ve had problem after problem after problem since BMW South Kansas City has worked on my car! The day I picked my vehicle up after them working on it, it died! Took it back and had to replace the alterna South Kansas City has worked on my car! The day I picked my vehicle up after them working on it, it died! Took it back and had to replace the alternator. Service Engine light is now on, Coolant leak, leaking transmission fluid, door messed up, trunk Emblem missing and all this after I got my vehicle back the second time.. I also need additional hoses replaced. All they kept saying was “Well, it’s an older model” as if I didn’t already know that! I will never take my car back there. I would have a crackhead mechanic fix my car before I do that!!!! More
