I am posting about my recent interactions with Tyler Johnson at the BMW of Kansas City South dealership's service department. In today's world, far too many people are quick to complain, yet forget to p Johnson at the BMW of Kansas City South dealership's service department. I don't consider myself to be an "easy" customer, I tend to research and try to understand what's going on before I make service appointments. And I can be that "shade tree mechanic" everyone in service rolls their eyes at. That didn't happen at BMW of Kansas City South. Both when dropping off my vehicle, and picking it up, Tyler took the time to come out of the shop and explain to me the inner workings of computer updates, coding BMWs, and convertible top motors. He took his time in his explanations, actively listened to what I had to say, and gently pointed out that each car can work differently even if the Internet says they should all operate the same. I never got the impression that he had somewhere better to be. He was actively concerned with answering all of my questions. And he ensured that my experience at BMW of South Kansas City was excellent. More
