It is not as reliable nor as comfortable as my Lexus. I am happy that there was a loaner available but it also does not measure up. I was impressed with the overall knowledge they had of the various BMW models, and of historical information as well. And if they don’t know the answers to your questions, they will find them promptly and courteously. No one is pushy here, they are simply available when you need them, and everyone is quite friendly. We purchased a 3 series and a new X7. Driving the X7 home was truly a sublime experience - can’t wait to drive it tomorrow!!! In short, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service is what you will find here. More

Alignment 4 wheel alignment & balance, waited @ dealership-no loaners available. Was there 2.5 hrs, comfortable amenities w/ free WiFi. They washed & vacuumed m 4 wheel alignment & balance, waited @ dealership-no loaners available. Was there 2.5 hrs, comfortable amenities w/ free WiFi. They washed & vacuumed my vehicle also-no xtra charge. Service technician was attentive. Driving on freeway afterwards noticed hood wasn’t closed completely, luckily secondary latch kept it from flying back to the windshield. More
