Terry Garner, the service manager has always taken great care of us through the years as well as the service advisors who work with us, usually Adam and most recently, Josh. I recently had service performed on my car which took a little longer than projected that was due to the late arrival of a part that had to be ordered. I was kept abreast of the issue and received a call when my car was ready. If you want top notch service for you BMW, Terry Garner and his crew are the ones to go to. More

Did good job replacing tires. Did not wash car. When asked for shuttle service pick up, waited and hour and half when was told I should hear from the driver in 15 to 30 minutes. Ended up taking Lyft to asked for shuttle service pick up, waited and hour and half when was told I should hear from the driver in 15 to 30 minutes. Ended up taking Lyft to go back to dealership since I did not want to wait any longer. Poor service overall and would not recommend to others nor will I be using the dealership again. More
